What is considered a Household?
A household is considered to be all members of a single family residing together, including up to three non-family members, if any.

What is considered a Group?
A group must have a minimum of 50 memberships, and one Group Coordinator to handle all the paperwork, questions, and finances for your group.
What is a Corporate Membership?
A Corporate account is defined as a company or organization that pays membership fees on behalf of its members or employees. Each Corporate account must have a designated contact person who is responsible for collecting applications for each member in their group, sending payment on behalf of all covered members, and distributing membership materials to all their members. The minimum requirement for a Corporate account is 50 members.
What is National Plan Coverage?
If you travel frequently throughout the United States for business or pleasure your membership includes our National Plan Coverage. For no extra fee, you will be covered anywhere in the Continental U.S., that PHI Air Medical has an air ambulance base if you are flown by a PHI Air Medical Aircraft.
