PHI Air Medical Membership Counties

You are eligible for membership if you reside in one of the following counties: Ennis, Lampasas, Freestone, Navarro and Limestone. Please call the PHI Membership Office for details. The toll-free number to call is 888.435.9744, 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. (P.S.T.), Monday -Friday.

Service Parameters

24-hour availability of our helicopter for lifesaving air medical transport within the membership counties. One of the medical facilities must be within 200 air miles of one of our bases. Members are responsible for transport charges beyond 200 air miles.
